Exodus 38 : 8

There is something you carry.

Long before the walls were raised, women gathered at the door of God's presence — and gave what was most their own. He is still calling women to the threshold. He is calling you.

The women who served at the door.

In the wilderness, as the Tabernacle was being raised, there were women who assembled and ministered at the entrance of the tent of meeting. They were present at the threshold of God's dwelling — serving, watching, and worshipping at the very place where heaven drew near to earth.

And when the house of God had need, Scripture pauses to remember them. It records not only that they served, but what they surrendered: their bronze mirrors, given from their own hands.

The Mirrors
A mirror is where a woman sees who she is.

These women did not lay down gold or silver they could spare. They surrendered the very glass in which they saw their own faces — the most personal thing they owned — and they laid it at the door.

From Surrender to Cleansing

What she laid down became the place where others were washed.

Those surrendered mirrors were melted and formed into the bronze laver — the basin where the priests washed before they entered to serve. What one woman gave up in private became the very place where others were made clean, prepared, and set apart for holy work.

This is the pattern God still keeps. What you surrender to Him does not disappear. He takes the personal thing you lay down and turns it into a channel — a place where others are strengthened, cleansed, and made ready to serve.

Women Are Gatekeepers

You guard more doors than you know.

A gatekeeper stands at the threshold and decides what is allowed in and what is kept out. God has placed women at the entrance of the very places that shape a life.

Homes

The atmosphere of a home so often rises or falls on the woman within it. You set the tone of what dwells there.

Families

You carry, teach, and cover those closest to you — standing watch over hearts long before the world ever reaches them.

The Church

You intercede, you serve, you hold up the arms of the house of God with your prayers and your hands.

Generations

You are among the first voices a child ever hears. What you carry today can turn a whole generation back to Jesus.

Wherever He has placed you — at home, in ministry, in business, or in the quiet work no one sees — there is a call on your life and a place for you at the door.

No perfect résumé is required. Only a willing heart.

Answer the Call
The Call

Woman, wake up. God is calling you.

In this generation He is calling women to rise — to surrender what they carry, to stand in the gap in prayer, to serve, and to help lead others toward Jesus. The door is open, and there is work at the threshold that only you can do.

You do not have to arrive strong. You only have to answer.

Join the Movement

Come in. Take your place at the door.

Join a company of women learning to surrender, to intercede, to serve, and to shine right where God has placed them. Come as you are — and become part of what He is doing.

Thank you — we'll be in touch about our next gathering.
